The companies listed but not breaching international law are in the top 10 listed companies listed on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange and make up over 80% of the market capitalisation of the stock exchange. It could be argued that Israel at a state is an Apartheid state, breaking international law and committing genocide, and a result of its actions, this has had a detrimental impact on the whole economy, safety and security of its citizens, and financial well being of companies domiciled and listed on the exchange. Members have the right to ask how these investments have been included in their portfolios from a financial "best interests" point of view, especially given the state of its actions and the potential for this conflict to grow bigger and spread across the region.
